By the time the run started the temp was up in the low 80's and the sun was very hot. It was a tough run due to the heat and no breeze.

| Members of Team Mango, Donna, Mike, Jenna, Bill, Paul, Dominic, Madelyn, Noi, Danielle (the Roast), Dakota & Chelsea. Thanks to the efforts of Mango Mike's regulars and some generous purveyors our Team raised over $1,200 for the Make a Wish Foundation. Plus the Mango's Team finished 15th out of 51 Teams for the 1 mile Swim, 22 mile Bike Ride and a 10k Run. We also participated in this race in Memory of Dennis Worsham our frien, brother-in-law and general manager of Mango Mike's in Alexandria. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Perfect Day for the TRI. Ocean was flat as a lake with water temperature at 72 degrees and the air at 73 (7:30am). Dolphins were swimming down the coast and came very close to a lot of swimmers - which helped pick up the pace and the heartbeat - those guys looked huge when only 10' away.
